C2C is delighted to be hosting the VEX V5 Robotics Competition Push Back qualifying tournament at The Cradle of Aviation Museum. This tournament will qualify teams to the Southern New York Regional Championships.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Policy

Registration fees should be within 3 weeks of registration, or teams will be moved to the waitlist. Teams who have registered, but not yet paid, should advise the Event Partner.

Teams who register after February 1st should complete payment as soon as possible. Registration fees should be fully paid or processing no later than the Monday before the event.

Refund Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A full refund will be given to teams, minus the $5 registration fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If the Event Partner is informed up to 2 weeks before the event, a full refund shall be given. If within two weeks of the event, no refund shall be given. Refunds will be granted minus the $5 registration fee. 

Judging Format

UPDATED JANUARY 15:

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / Remote Initial Interviews: Remote Initial interviews will be conducted via Zoom in the two weeks leading up to the event. Teams must participate in the remote interviews in order to be considered for awards. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
  • Notebooks will be due by February 13th, 2026 at 11:59PM.
