General Info
Triangle Robotics League (TRL) is a league for V5RC teams. We plan to have 3 to 4 sessions in the Triangle NC region, depending on venue availability.
Currently we do not plan to have judging. On-field awards and skills scores may result in invitations to the state championships.

Teams should review the game manual for information on specific ranking differences in leagues, and plan to attend multiple sessions.

This is a 100% volunteer-run event. We ask that all registered teams provide a volunteer for at least one session, such as setup, cleanup, field reset, team queuer etc.
If your team cannot pay for the registration fee, you may contact us to request the fee be waived.

TRL Sessions, 4:00-7:30pm
- 4:00pm - Doors open, build and practice time
- 5:00pm - Check-in, Inspections, and Skills open
- 6:00pm - Check-in, Inspections, Skills closed
- 6:15pm - Ranking matches begin
- Ranking matches should take about an hour depending on # of teams present
Volunteer
TRL is a 100% volunteer-run event.
We need volunteers to help with field setup, field reset, and reffing.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Registered coaches will be notifified in case of event cancellation via email.
Rescheduling will be on a case-by case basis.
Refund and Payment Policies
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be issued to teams that cancel before the registration deadline.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is cancelled before the registration deadline, refunds will be provided. TRL operates under a 501c3 non-profit and most costs need to be paid well in advance of the event. If TRL is cancelled after November 18th and not rescheduled due to weather or unforseen circumstances, no refunds will be given.
