General Info

Welcome to the Camden Catholic High School VEX V5 Push Back Tournament! This tournament will be hosted at Camden Catholic High School located at 300 Cuthbert Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 on Saturday, Jan 24th from 9:00 AM to approximately 5 PM. Doors in the back of the building (labeled GYM) will open at 7:30 AM for all teams and inspections will begin promptly at 8:15 AM. The full itinerary is available on the Agenda tab. Digital engineering notebooks must be available through Robot Events by January 17th at 11:59 PM. More specific information will be sent out a few days prior to the event.

We are looking for volunteers for both on-field and off-field roles. You will be provided with all guidance needed to complete your role. Please email [email protected] if interested. Volunteer hours can be provided for students that help out, but please check with your school first if the hours will count.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

There is no planned snow date for the event. In the event of snow, we will update this tab as we get closer to the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, all registration fees will be reimbursed. If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, no refunds will be issued.

Any refunds will be minus the $5 administrative fee retained by RECF.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents by January 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
