9am - arrival and set up pit areas.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather that leads to the event being cancelled or postponed, teams will be informed with at least 24 hour notice.

Refund and Payment Policies

This is a free event, refunds are not applicable and will not be offered.

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

Please note that due to the size of the event, judging will be unoffical and won't be recognised on RobotEvents.
