This is a Blended Event for both HS and MS teams.
Trophies wil be given out. Review the awards tab.
If the event has more than 10 Teams of each grade level, there will also be a 2nd Excellence award.
You may bring your own food/snacks, but please consider buying concessions as it offsets the cost of hosting an event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Always check the evening before and the morning of the event for weather related concerns.
You will be notified via email if there is a weather condition that prevents the event from happening.
Refund and Payment Policies
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to the event may request a full refund, less the RobotEvents $5 handling fee and any credit card fees. Teams that cancel later than two weeks prior to the event will not receive a refund, unless it is determined by the Event Partner that there are extreme extenuating circumstances.
Any teams that register less than two weeks before the event must pay at time of registration.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is canceled due to circumstances outside of our control, a refund will be issued to teams minus the $5 RobotEvents processing fee and any credit card fees.

Travel Info
The event will be held at Mundelein High School. It is located at 1350 West Hawley St, Mundelein, IL 60060.
Teams MUST park on the Staff Parking and enter via Door 5.
Volunteers and spectators can park on the Main Parking or Staff Parking and enter via Door 1 or Door 5.

Judging Format
The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
Engineering Notebooks must be submitted digitally by 1/8/2024 11:59 pm cst.
