Welcome to Robot Rodeo Push Back Edition at Arbor View!!

 

This event is now open for teams to directly register.

Parking:

Please park in the front parking lot, accessible from Whispering Sands Dr (westbound only) and from Buffalo Dr (both north and south bound). and use the main enterence at the front of the school by the bull statue. 

Venue:

Team pits are in the cafateria, and the tournament will be in the main gym.

Food:

Concessions will be available for purchase during the event. There will not be any entrées available for purchase.

Judging Format: Digital Notebooks and In person Interviews

Skills Challenges:

All teams will be offered three attempts for Driver Skills and Programming Skills. It is up to each team to make sure they use all of their attempts. The line for skills will close at the end of qualifications matches.

Agenda Vex Robotics Competition: Robot Rodeo: Push Back Edition

7:45 AM - 8:00 AM                      Team Meeting

8:15 AM - 12:00 PM                    Skills fields open, Judging, Qualification Matches

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM                 Lunch 

12:50 PM - 3:15 PM                    Skills fields open, Judging, Qualification Matches

Approximately 3:30 PM           Alliance Selection (15 minutes after the end of Qualification Matches)

Approximately 4:00 PM           Elimination Matches Start

Awards Ceremony will start immediately after the final elimination match 

Notes

Please note this is a tentative agenda, due to things out of our control, times may change slightly.

Please help us keep things moving, pay attention to what match is being played and your next match at all times. Please report to queuing before two matches before your match. The times printed on match schedules are estimates.

To help the day move smoothly, teams not present when called to the field will be No Showed for that match.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Cancelations due to emergencies or bad weather will be communicated by email to coaches as quickly as possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be given as quickly as possible, minus the $5 proccessing fee charged by Robot Events

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be provided (barring extenuating circumstances with documentation).

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. 

Digital Notebooks must be submitted by 11/15/2025
