General Info
Ten Ton Robotics will host this event at West Vancouver Secondary School. This tournament is for VRC HS teams, by invitation only.
There will be expectations and safety requirements to comply with any safe practices for the school, the district and the province, in effect on the day of the tournament.

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event.
We will need addtional help to run an event this large so please consider volunteering. We look forward to having you at a safe, competitive event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event cannot run because of weather or other event, teams will be contacted by email and if very last minute by phone.
Please make sure you have provided us with those current emails and numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment can be submitted the day of the event. If you withdraw less than one calendar week (latest by Sunday, January 25, 2026 5:00 PM) before the event you will still be expected to pay the registration fee.
Teams are asked to bring cheques (made out to West Vancouver School District) or cash to the event and pay their fees at the registration desk when they arrive. E-transfers can also be arranged but a cheque or cash is preferred.

Travel Info
The event will be held at West Vancouver Secondary School in the Tech Wing.
From Mathers Ave, please drive down to the Staff Parking Lot. The entrance to the Parking Lot is at the West end of the main school building on Mathers Ave. After you park, the Tech Wing is the 1-storey building just East of the parking lot.
Upon arrival, when you register at the Registration Desk, you will be given your time slot for judging.

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event. Each team will have 10 minutes (on a timer) to present to judges. There will be a schedule given to teams in the morning. See the Judging Tab for details.

Every team will be assigned a judging time between 9:00 am - 12:20 pm. Please make sure your teams know when their scheduled time is.
IMPORTANT: We will have an adequate number of time slots so that every team has the opportunity to be judged. Please arrive a few minutes early for your time slot for judging.
Food
Please bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks. (No eating in pit area)
