Welcome to our annual YHIS Robotics Challenge! **This event is only open to Foreign Student international schools**.  Thank you for your understanding!

Meals and Snacks at YHIS


Lunch and a snack bag on January 23 and January 24 are included with the registration. There are free water dispensers throughout the school. Additional snacks can be purchased at designated areas.

Payment information

**Note** Payment must be made in RMB by wire transfer or cash. When you do the checkout process while joining the tournament, choose pay later, and we will send you an invoice to the provided contact email. The charge will be ¥1200 per team up to 6 student members and 2 staff members, an additional ¥60 per team member beyond that.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full refund

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund up through January 9, partial refunds considered after that day. No refund given after January 16

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person on the day(s) of the event. Teams must bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges at the start of the event. Robotics notebooks will not be accepted after team check-in and robot inspection closes. All robotics notebooks should be printed in advance if needed, please do not request help printing your notebook at the event!
