Transportation:

The following transportation will be arranged free of charge:
Transportation details such as Airport/Train station pickup, will be communicated at a later date. Feel free to contact us to help arrange for any special transportation needs apart from these, such as a bus to a mall or restaurant nearby. 

Note: The hotel is within walking distance from the school's north gate and won't need

Meals and Snacks at YHIS

Lunch and a snack bag on January 23 and January 24 are included with the registration. There are free water dispensers throughout the school. Additional snacks can be purchased at designated areas.

Payment information

**Note** Payment must be made in RMB by wire transfer or cash. When you do the checkout process while joining the tournament, choose pay later, and we will send you an invoice to the provided contact email. The charge will be ¥1200 per team up to 6 student members and 2 staff members, an additional ¥60 per team member beyond that.
