General Info
Bulldog Bots V5RC Qualifier Info:
- Where: West York Area High School Auxillary Gym
- Park in the front of the school and walk in the main entrance
- When: Saturday 12/13/2025 from approximately 8:00 - 3:30 PM
- Registration Costs: $75 per team, free registrations for teams in the Thaddeus Stevens cohort
- Deadline to register is 12/1/2025. Current limit is 24 teams. Others will be placed on a waitlist and will be notified if a team cancels or if we decide to add more teams
- Teams who cancel after 12/1/2025 will not receive a refund for their registration
- Food will be offered in the concession area

Below is a rough timeline of events for the day of competition. Please be prepared to stay later than projected, as we will do our best to ensure teams have a comfortable turn around in between matches.
8:00 AM - Doors Open
8:00 - 9:00 AM - Registration
8:30 - 10:00 AM - Inspections
10:00 - 12:00 PM - Qualifying Rounds
12:00 - 12:30 PM - Break for Lunch
12:30 - 12:45 PM - Alliance Selections
1:00 - 3:00 PM - Elimination Matches
3:00 - 3:30 PM - Awards Ceremony
Interviews and Skills Challlenge will run simultaneously during the competition

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There is not a planned backup date for inclement weather as of now. If it looks like weather may be an issue for traveling teams, Andrew Rafferty will send out an email the week of to gauge the comfort/availability of competing teams and to discuss a makeup date
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registered teams will receive a full refund. If weather is the cause for the event cancellation, teams will be refunded their registration minus the REC fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams that unregister before 12/1/2025 will be refunded their registration minus the REC fees. Teams who withdraw after 12/1/2025 or do not show up are still responsible for paying the full registration fee.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Engineering Notebooks must be submitted 1 week prior to the event date.
