VEX V5RC PUSH BACK
I appreciate your interest in the Memphis University School's VRC Winter Tournament. We will contact registered teams closer to the event with more details, including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information.
Look for other details, including the campus map under Documents or Image Gallery closer to the event date.
All team members and adults must have the RECF waiver completed. Instructions available at this link. https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/7119161700759-Participant-Release-Form
Volunteers: Each team should have 1 volunteer signed up by Feb 14, 2026, unless other arrangements are made with the EP. All teams without a volunteer after two weeks of registration will be moved to the waitlist and may be added back in, if there is still room on the roster.
VOLUNTEER SIGNUP GENIUS will be added here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B0F4CA5AD23A6FE3-55294499-feb2026#/
Payment is due two weeks after a team is registered or immediately if after Feb 14, 2026, unless other arrangements are made with the EP. All teams not paid within two weeks of registration will be moved to the waitlist and may be added back to the roster if there is still room available. If your registration payment process takes longer than two weeks, clear communication with the event partner will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.
