General Info

This is a Blended Event for both HS and MS teams. 

There will be no judging in this competition. There will be a skills challenge in this competition. There will be an award for tournament champions.

To be considered for this event, teams must register via the Waitlist tab of the event.

You may bring your own food/snacks, but please consider buying concessions as it offsets the cost of hosting an event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Always check the evening before and the morning of the event for weather related concerns.

You will be notified via email if there is a weather condition that prevents the event from happening.

Refund and Payment Policies

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to the event may request a full refund, less the RobotEvents $5 handling fee and any credit card fees. Teams that cancel later than two weeks prior to the event will not receive a refund, unless it is determined by the Event Partner that there are extreme extenuating circumstances.

Any teams that register less than two weeks before the event must pay at time of registration.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 
If the event is canceled due to circumstances outside of our control, a refund will be issued to teams minus the $5 RobotEvents processing fee and any credit card fees.
