General Info
Welcome in the new year with us via Push Back. This will be a fun filled and fast paced day. Come ready to compete.
We look forward to hosting a tournament this year. We will be hosting a blended event on Sunday at Parkway West High School. Spectators are more than welcome to attend. Come cheer on your favorite team!

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents (My Account > Dashboard > select registered team > "Digital Engineering Notebook" button). NOTEBOOK SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PDF and cannot be password protected. Please upload to Google Drive, change sharing settings to "Anyone with a link can view", and copy/paste the full URL to the "Link to Digital Engineering Notebook Field". Submission deadline Jan 2, 2026 5:00 pm (one week before event weekend).

7:00 am Doors Open, Registration & Inspection begins

Judging Panel Interviews will take place between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. This is subject to change. All robots will have at minimum 6 qualifying matches. Once we get that schedule made, the times might change significantly. We would like to end on time. Please have your robots ready to compete at the times listed above!

Experience Level
No previous experience is needed for most volunteer positions, and you can even bring your kids for a family activity; for example, Field Resetter is an ideal position for young children.
Time Commitment
You can register for an entire day, or just a portion of the day as your schedule permits for most positions.
Meals
Lunch is included for all full-day volunteers.
Open Volunteer Positions
Judges: No previous experience required. All day commitment.
Scorekeeper Referees: Previous experience preferred, but not required.
Field Resetters: No previous experience required.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the tournament is cancelled by the event partner, a full refund minus 5 dollars will be sent via district check.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a coach cancels, there are no refunds.
