Winning the top award here (e.g. Robot Skills Champs) may not directly qualify your team for the VEX South Florida Regional Championship, however your team's high score will be uploaded to the World Skills Standings where they can indirectly earn a qualification to Regionals.

We need your help to make this a positive and rewarding experience for the students! Asking that coaches volunteer to be Skills Scoring referees.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
By December, hurricane season is over, however, in case of severe weather, we will attempt to reschedule.
If that is not possible for our venue host, CSN, or if not possible for you team, your registrations will be refunded (less a $5 processing fee).
Weather notices or information about a possible cancellation will be posted here on robotevents.com! Please inform your team and parents to check here for official updates from the Community School of Naples.
Make sure your team contact information is up-to-date in robotevents.com in the event we need to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue refunds.
Payment Deadline is whichever comes first:
- within two weeks of registering your team(s) or
- by the payment deadline
Unpaid teams may be placed on the waitlist to make room for other teams.
