All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

7:00 Doors open, registration open, pits open.
8:00 Inspection begins (separate hardware and software lines).
8:15 Skills field opens.
8:45 Check in closes, teams must have started inspection. Deadline for submitting notebooks for judging.
9:00 Inspection closes, driver meeting.
9:30 Qualifications Matches begin.
12:15 Lunch
12:45 Qualifications and Skills continue.
2:45 Qualifications and Skills end.
3:00 Alliance selection.
3:30 Eliminations Matches begin.
4:30 Awards are presented.
Check-In:
Check-in ends at 8:45 am SHARP so we can generate the match list. If you are running into travel issues and will not arrive by 8:30 am, please call or text 925-822-8007. Teams who do not meet the check-in deadline will not be included in the match list.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Registration funds will be returned minus processing fees collected by the REC Foundation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
-
No refunds or withdrawals will be given after the Registration Deadline. All cancellations/refunds requested before the Registration Deadline will be honored, minus $5 processing fee collected by the REC Foundation.
