General Info

Welcome to the  St. George's Love at First Bot Invitational Tournament on Saturday, February 14!

This invitational tournament will prioritize teams from west Tennessee. To be considered for registration, please add your team to the Waitlist. Teams will be moved into the tournament on Sunday, February 1. Because of the short window before the tournament, teams will be expected to immediately initiate the payment process in RobotEvents or make arrangements with the Event Partner to pay directly at the tournament. Teams could be moved back onto the waitlist if payment or communication has not happened by Thursday, February 5.

We need your help!

We can't run tournaments without lots of volunteers. While we will take as many volunteers as you can bring, please communicate with your teams that there is an expectation of at least 1 volunteer per registered team. Volunteers who sign up by Feb. 4 will receive free lunch.

Please share this form with your teams: Volunteer Sign Ups

All team members and adults must have the RECF waiver completed. Instructions avialable at this link. https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ab2c50d92047/web/
