IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We will be using Smart Field Control connect to fields, please ensure your team has set up their V5 brain to connect to the field following the instructions available here

  • The Judging Format will be Remote Engineering Notebooks/In-Person Interviews for this event. All engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally via RobotEvents by Tuesday January 13th at midnight to be reviewed by judges.

Saturday 1/17/25 8am-5pm (Inspections, Skills, Matches, and Judging)

 

COST

$100 per team. All payments are due 1/14/26 10 PM MDT in RobotEvents.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be communicated with Registered Teams via Email.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by District 6) the tournament will be canceled with no refunds

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Wednesday prior to the event @ 10:00 PM MST


If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

 

 

Judging Format

Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
