General Info

Welcome to the 2026 California Central Coast VEX Robotics Competition! 

We will have a full VEX Tournament with 50 teams featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field. Teams that have not checked in 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run. 

We look forward to seeing you at the tournament!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event is going to be canceled due to inclement weather, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible). As this will be an indoor event, cancellation is highly unlikely. 

Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in Robotevents and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

If a team chooses not to attend the event and informs the organizer prior to the closing date, a refund will be issued.

No refunds will be issued after the closing date.

Judging Format

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
