General Info
Come join us in southern Indiana for our annual event that will give your students an opportunity to compete and possibly qualify for the State Championship. We are located 2 hours South of Indianapolis, and 45 minutes North of Louisville, Kentucky.

Grades: High School and Middle School
Skills: 1 field for skills runs
Time: 8 AM to 5:00 PM
Judging: Remote Notebooks and In-Person Interviews
Food: Concession Stand Available - featuring our pulled pork nachos, pulled pork sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, and snacks

All participants and coaches must complete the Online Participant Release Form. The REC Foundation requires that all teams have submitted this form prior to competing during the season.
Wifi/Internet access will not be available. Please plan accordingly.

Please Note: The schedule above is subject to change. It is based on the max capacity of the event running 3.5 minute match cycles. We will aim to make any adjustments and email them out by noon the Thursday before the tournament.
We plan to have 1 skills field and 2 competition fields. We hope to be able to offer a practice field.
Food will be available at our Concessions Stand.

We plan to stay on schedule, but ask for patience in case of technical difficulties. Students should watch the displays that will be visible from the Pits and make sure to be in place at the Queueing table, so they don't miss their match time and end up with a no-show score.
Volunteer
We are still in need of Volunteers! We will provide all volunteers with lunch. As you know it takes an army to pull these competitions off. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com, where I will post updates about the event status in the General Info Page. I will also send an email to coaches on the contact list.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All refunds will be repaid minus $5 (per team) with checks sent out within 1 month of the cancellation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be completed prior to Payment Deadline. Refunds will be processed within 1 month following the event.
All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the Opening Ceremonies. Refunds will not be issued to teams who cannot compete because they arrived after competition rounds have begun.
Event payments are expected to be paid when you register for the event. Teams that have not paid prior to the Payment Deadline will be moved to the waitlist to allow teams on the waitlist to register.
Payment Deadline is January 3, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Travel Info
Parking for spectators and robotics parents: Turn into the High School entrance. You may park in the high school or middle school parking lot in front of the middle school. Spectators will enter the Middle School Entry doors.
Buses and Robotics Teams: Please go past the high school entrance, past the Greenhouse to the top of the hill. Turn right E. Greenbriar Road W. You will park and unload in the parking lot just past the tennis courts. You will enter through the glass doors in between our gym and cafeteria.
NOTE: The back parking lot has limited spaces, so pleae reserve that area for the buses and teams.
Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks must be submitted via Robot Events no later than Wednesday, February 18 at 12:00 PM.
