8:45 am – Inspections Close

8:50 am- Opening Ceremonies and Driver Meeting immediately after

9:05 am – Skills Field Opens and Qual Match Schedule published

9:30 am - Qualification Matches Start 

12:00 pm - Lunch Break (45 Minutes)

12:45 pm - Qualification Matches Resume

2:45 pm - Qualification Matches End & Skills Field Closes (skills line close IMMEDIATELY when qualifications end)

3:00 pm - Alliance Selection

3:30 pm - Elimination Bracket Starts

4:45 pm - Final Elimination Match

5:00 pm - Award Presentations

5:30 pm - Doors Close

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be found.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Each team will be refunded their registration fee, minus the $5 RECF processing fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be issued, as it is the responsibility of the team to determine their own scheduling conflicts if applicable.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
