Skills: This tournament will offer skills all day (except lunch).
Judging: This tournament will also offer judging. Team interviews will be in person at the event. Teams must submmited their engineering notebooks via the link on their Robotevents team profile due by 5:00pm Feburary 13th, 2026.

Lunch: We will have Pizza orders. You are welcome to bring your own lunch. There will be a concession of snacks and drinks.

Skills Field: 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
Judging: 10:00 - 1:30 pm (pick time slot on white board)
Qualification matches: 9:30am - 5:00 pm

Volunteering Roles:
Field Reset - Accurately reset the competition field objects after each match and assist the Field Manager or Head Referee as needed.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the tournament will be postponed/cancelled and teams will be notified via phone/email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancellation: Teams can cancel with 2 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 2 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event.
Payment Methods: Cheque is preffered made payable to Western Pacific Robotics Academy Society, E-transfer, Cash

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event.
Digital submission of Engineering notebooks.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted online via the link in their Robotevents team profile account due by 5:00pm Feburary 13th.
Food
Lunch: We will have Pizza orders. You are welcome to bring your own lunch. There will be a concession of snacks and drinks.
Please do not put Pizza boxes in the trash cans. Please kindly stack them outside near the entrance.
