General Info

DETAILS

  • This event will be held in-person

  • Interview Judging will be held in-person

  • Notebooks will be judged in-person - Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All notebooks should be submitted by midnight on 1/22/2026. 

  • We will hold between 5-7 rounds of Teamwork Challenges along with Skills

  • Food will NOT be served at the venue; please make arrangements with your team to bring or order food

  • Skills Challenge field will be open from 10:00 am - 1:45 pm

  • Teams are permitted up to three (3) tries for Robot Skills and three (3) tries for Programming Skills.

LOCATION

  • Our tournament will be held in the Rita Bright Family and Youth Center, 2500 14th Street Northwest

  • There is street parking only so please plan accordingly 

  • Our event will be held from 10 to 2pm, teams should plan to arrive between 8:00-8:30 for inspection

  • Inspection will start at 8:30 am, and the event should end by 4pm - the tournaments usually run early.  The event planner will provide the estimated end time by the lunch break.

SCHEDULE

  • If a team does not show up, the timed schedule must be changed to reflect the team's present

  • The times are tentative, and your team may perform earlier or later. Please check the schedule once you arrive.

Teams that have not paid by the payment deadline will be moved to the waiting list

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Refunds will be issued 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Please reach out [email protected]

Please note that refunds will not include the $5 RobotEvents processing fee.

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
