Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather (as determined by BVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

  • Payments for this tournament due by January 1, 2026

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will be made for event cancellation, unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances such as weather that are beyond the control of the event team.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

  • Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

Judging Format

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be the Wednesday before the tournament and the exact date will be communicated with registered teams via email.
