General Info
This event is a HS only event held in Omaha, Arkansas on January 31st, 2026. HS and elementary are on separate sides of the street. We will hold this event in the elementary gym. There is room for buses and some bleacher type seats for spectators.
There will be a coaches room with access to wifi and electricity.
Skills challenges will be offered.

4:30 - Alliance Selections/Skills Closed
5pm - Tournament semifinals/finals
6pm - Awards or earlier if possible

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, this event might be rescheduled or canceled, depending on dates available.
If it is canceled, a refund will be provided.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All submissions must be recieved by January 30, 2026 at 8 pm. They will be judged on Jan 31st in person, but we need to ensure everyones notebook link works ahead of time.
