Quick note: our campus wifi does not have a guest logon, so please plan accordingly. Some teams use a hotspot and others have the downloaded app version of their programming and not the cloud based.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

For event day information regarding weather delays or cancellations, please check the event page for updates.

If the event will not run as planned you will receive an email.

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment due by January 29th, 2026:

Any teams not payed by the deadline will be placed on the waitlist.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be made through RobotEvents. RECF will take $5 from each payment and that will be deducted from the refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

All refunds for payments may require 6-8 weeks to process. RECF will take $5 from each payment and that will be deducted from the refund.

Before 2 weeks - Full refund (Less RECF Fees)

Within 2 weeks - No refund
