General Info

This is the 1st Annual HNAC V5 Invitational League. It is open first to teams who's schools are a member of HNAC. If we do not have enough schools within HNAC that wish to participate we will open the league up to other schools. Please sign your team up on the waitlist and they will be moved over accordingly. 

We plan to only run 2 V5 fields. One will be skills only and the other will be qualification. If we need to take a break and run more skills mid session we will adjust for that. 

This League is for teams who are part of the HNAC (Hoosier North Athletic Conference) including Argos, Caston, Culver, Pioneer, North Judson, North Miami, Oregon Davis, Triton, Winamac. Private teams associated within these school districts will be considered.  For teams that are eligible to participate, please join the waitlist, and I will add you to the event's team list.  If we do not have enough schools within HNAC that wish to participate we will open the league up to other schools. 

We will be awarding: Tournament Champions and Skills Champion. 

All sessions this year will be hosted at Caston. This is subject to change.

This year's sessions will be held on the following dates:

The first 3 sessions will be located in the Cafeteria. Pits will be in the cafeteria as well.  There are no bleachers in the cafeteria, but there will be chairs available. Skills and teamwork matches will be located in the cafeteria. The first 3 sessions will start at 5:00pm.

The last session (Finals)  will be located in the High School gym. Pits will be located in the gym as well. The last session will start at 6:30pm.

We will have a concession stand available at all League sessions. 

More details regarding arrival times, which door to enter, etc, will be emailed out to coaches closer to league dates. 

All payments must be received by December 11, 2025. If your payment is not received by this date, your team will be moved to the waitlist. Reach out to me if you are having financial difficulties. 

Please make sure all Participation and Consent Forms are submitted.

All payments must be received in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.

Sessions #1, #2, & #3
4:30-5:15: Teams Arrive, Check-In, Inspections, teams can run skills once they pass inspections
5:30-7:30: Qualification Matches, Skills Matches on fields inbetween matches

Session #4
6:00-6:30 Teams Arrive, Inspection, Check-In, skills matches once teams pass inspection
6:45-9:00 Qualification Matches, Skills Matches stop once Qualifications are complete. Alliance selection then finals.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Since the league is happening through the winter we will do our best to adjust as necessary. If we have to cancel a session we will find the next date that works best for all teams involved to make it up. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued minus the $5 RECF fee. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If before 12/11 a full refund will be given. After 12/11 then no refunds will be given. 

Payment Deadline is December 11th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Judging Format

No judging.
