What is Discovery Cube?
With two dynamic campuses in Orange County and Los Angeles, Discovery Cube offers hundreds of hands-on exhibits, educational programs, science camps, and special events that allow kids to discover the wonders of the world around them and ignite their curiosity in STEM.
Please note: this is a ticketed event!
You must have a ticket to enter the event!
Specifics on tickets for teams and spectators will be coming soon.
This event is open to anyone attending Discovery Cube during the event, and many people will be checking out the cool stuff your teams have made!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Our venue is indoors, so we will be able to host the event even if it is raining.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment
Payment must be received 4 weeks from registration, or 2 weeks before the event, whichever comes first. Open spots within 2 weeks of the event will be handled on a case-by-case basis. This is needed to cover event costs.
Refunds
If the Event Partner cancels the event, then all entries that have paid will be reimbursed minus the $5.00 fee that RobotEvents takes.
We cannot process refunds if a coach/mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend.

Judging Format
Digital engineering notebook submissions & in person team interviews
Notebooks will be due on Wednesday, January 14th, at 5pm PST. We want an early start to notebooks to ensure we get all teams notebooks- but you're welcome to continue working on them after submitting!
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
