General Info
Welcome to the Robertson County MS/HS VEX V5RC Robotics Tournament. We are excited to host a new V5RC tournament to be held in Springfield, TN and look forward to seeing new and returning teams this year.
Coaches and registered teams will be contacted closer to the event with details on directions, parking, and more.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event a team has an emergency or issues with weather, please call Stephanie Murrell on the day of at (615) 351-1643.
If inclement weather necessitates a change in event status, that information will be reflected on the general information tab of this event and an email will go out to all registered teams and coaches as soon as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is cancelled and cannot be postponed, then a full refund minus $5 processing fee will be issued once the EP has received all funds from the REC Foundation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Registered teams may request a refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event. After that time, no refunds will be offered.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
