This competition is an in-person judged competition. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally, and there will be in person interviews and remote notebook judging. Parking will be near the gym and the tournament will take place in the Cafeteria and IB room. There will be both matches and Skills at this event.

Event volunteers are the heart and soul of VEX competitions. We rely on Referees to keep things fair, Emcees to keep things exciting, and Queuers to keep things on schedule! Volunteering at a VEX competition is easy to learn, fun to do, and rewarding for everyone involved.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be provided in the event the competition is cancelled. Contact Adam Billman to request the money back.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: It is up to the Event Partner if a refund will be provided in this case. Any cancellation less than two weeks before event will recieve no refund! Generally a refund will be provided in this case only if another team can take your spot before the deadline for registration or extenuating circumstances.
The Payment Deadline for this event is 1/10- teams not paid by that date may be moved to the waitlist to allow another team to attend.
Health and Safety Policies
All participants are responsible for keeping a safe environment. This means:
- Ensure the area is kept clean and tools and robots are not left lying around
- Any food brought by outside sources should be safe to consume. (Event will also provide concessions)

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
