General Info

League will take place in the Robotics Room (Room E130) at Zionsville Community High School. Enter through Door 41.

The qualifying sessions will be on the following days and begin at 6:00PM:

  • January 12 (Monday)
  • January 21 (Wednesday)
  • January 26 (Monday)
  • February 2 (Monday)
  • February 9 (Monday)
  • February 11 (Wednesday)

Finals Session: February 23 (Monday) and February 24 (Tuesday) - we will run the finals over these two days.

Each qualifying session and the finals session will allow all of the teams competing in matches to make 3 driver and 3 programming skills attempts. We will run skills on a second field during matches.

Teams who compete in less than 60% of the qualifying matches will be ranked below all the teams who competed in at least 60% of the qualifying matches.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Full refunds will be issued to all paid teams within 8 weeks following the event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Requests for refunds for teams must be made more than 6 weeks prior to the event, they will be issued within 8 weeks following the event.  Otherwise, no refunds for teams who choose not to attend will be provided.

 

Payment Deadline is December 15, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
