Team coaches will help with managing the participants and the events. All involved with event support must have passed the VEX Background Check.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency or bad weather the event will be rescheduled and no monies will be refunded.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration Fee will not be refunded. The event will be rescheduled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Regisgration Fee will not be refunded.

Everyone will comply with the Robot Events policies and rules.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
