7:45 AM – 8:50 AM     Inspection and skills challenge (once through inspection)
9:00 AM – 9:10 A M     Opening Ceremonies
9:10 AM – 9:20 AM     Drivers meeting
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM       Qualifying matches/ Skills Open
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM       Lunch

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event will be held entirely inside. Should we have to cancel, all teams will be notified by email and phone ( the primary contact). Please also note that NO REFUNDS will be issued should we need to cancel. 
Thank you for being so understanding. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

There is no exception if the event is canceled- no refunds will be given. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be given.

If a team has not paid by the deadline, they will be moved to the waitlist.

Travel Info

Tri-City College Prep is located off of 89A in Prescott, Arizona. 

From Central and Southern Arizona: Take the I-17 North to AZ-69 North towards Prescott. Continue on AZ-69 N, then make a right on Fain Road/AZ-89A. Next, take exit 319 for Granite Dells Parkway. Take the 2nd exit onto Granite Dells Parkway at the traffic circle. There will be a second traffic circle shortly after; take the 1st possible exit to continue on Granite Dells Parkway. Shortly after, turn right onto Centerpointe East Drive. Once you reach the stop sign, turn right onto Side Road. Tri-City College Prep will be on your left. 

From Flagstaff and North-East Arizona: Take I-17 South to AZ-169 South (exit 278). Turn right onto AZ- 169. After about 17 miles, turn right onto AZ-69 N and then make a right on Fain Road/AZ-89A. Next, take exit 319 for Granite Dells Parkway. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Granite Dells Parkway. There will be a second traffic circle shortly after; take the 1st possible exit to continue on Granite Dells Parkway. Shortly after, turn right onto Centerpointe East Drive. Once you reach the stop sign, turn right onto Side Road. Tri-City College Prep will be on your left. 

From Northwest Arizona: Take I-40 East to AZ-89 S (exit 146). Turn right onto AZ-89 S. Stay on AZ-89 S  for about 32 miles. There will be numerous traffic circles; continue "straight" on AZ-89 S. Using the left lane, turn left onto AZ-89A N. Take exit 319 for Granite Dells Parkway. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Granite Dells Parkway. Turn Right onto Centerpointe East Drive. Once you reach the stop sign, turn right onto Side Road. Tri-City College Prep will be on your left. 

For parking, you may park in the school's parking lot. But please note that it is a relatively small parking lot. Should it become full, please park in the Peavine Trail Parking Lot.

No judging will be available for this event at this time.
