If the event needs to be cancelled, relocated or postponed due to adverse weather conditions all teams will be contacted using the email addresses you provide on Robotevents.

CLSG has a Risk Assessment and Safeguarding policy in place for VEX events.

Please note this event is held at City of London School for Girls, Barbican. As such, there is no coach or car parking available. 

If teams are travelling by coach, the drop off area is on Wood Street (2 hours max paid parking), and access to the school is from St. Giles Terrace. Please note the school is located in Central London and is in the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones. Coaches will have to find an alternative parking area for set down.

If travelling by tube/train, the closest station is Moorgate (Metropolitan, Northern, Hammersmith and City, Circle and Elizabeth Line; and serves Great Northern Railway ) with step-free access, and a 5 minute walk via Fore Street to CLSG.

Judging Format

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.

 In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Teams should submit their engineering notebook digitally if they wish to be considered for all judged awards. If the Engineering  Notebook is submitted digitally for evaluation  then a should be done via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline will be 07/01/2026.
