General Info

North Clarion presents our annual V5RC tournament for the V5RC 'Push Back" season for Western Pennsylvania.

This event will be locked for Western PA Region Teams ONLY unless all spots have not been filled by the registration deadline.  If your team is outside our region, it will be added to the waitlist until it is determined whether it will be open for teams outside our region.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will make a call by the night prior to January 13th if a weather emergency is warranted for cancellation. This event will not be rescheduled

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a weather cancellation or extenuating circumstance as determined by the Event Partner. You may contact [email protected] to discuss the circumstances.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be issued if a Coach/Mentor withdraws from the event at least one week before the registration deadline.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks need to be submitted by 1/5/2026
