General Info
This event is open to both middle school and high school V5 teams. There will be 2 game fields and we will also use them as skills fields. Skills will take place prior to the Qualifications. Teams will be assigned specific skills fields. The event will take place at the Stanhope Elmore High School Gym.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, our event will be rescheduled for a later date. A decision will be made based on weather predictions the day prior to the event if necessary.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All teams will receive a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
They will need to identify a team to take their place. We will use the waitlist if there are teams available. If no teams are on the waitlist, it is up to the team to find a replacement.
