Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of emergency or inclimate weather, primary contacts will be notified as soon as possible regarding cancellations or rescheduling. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event a refund will be issued to the teams at the earliest possible time.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If a coach or mentor contacts the event partner to withdraw before November 10th the event a refund shall be issued not including the RECF processing fee. 

If a team withdraws after November 15th or is a no show on the day of the event refunds will not be issued.

Judging Format

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
