If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Everyone pays on the day of the event

Everyone pays on the day of the event.  Please confirm attendance with your students a full week before the tournament date so we can organize tables and set up the tournament appropriately.

Travelling to Salt Spring by Ferry:  Please check the ferry schedule prior to travel

Typical ferry times from Vancouver Island:

Crofton to Vesuvius:  7:40AM ferry

Swartz Bay to Fulford: 7:00AM ferry

 

Travel from Lower Mainland (If there is space for non-regional teams):

You will need to arrive on Friday evening and stay overnight.  December is the low point for tourism on Salt Spring, you will likely have no issues booking a hotel or bnb.  You also have the option of staying overnight in Sidney/Saanich and catching the 7AM ferry from Swartz Bay to Fulford.
