General Info
You will enter the building near the bus loop. Please make sure to park in the student lot and enter through the doors at the end of the building.
There will be tables set up for pits in the hallway and light refreshments will be sold throughout the day.
There will be a practice field and two Official SKills fields with referees to score your runs.

The building will be open from 8am-3pm.
As a team, you decide when you show up between 8am and 3pm, however, we would suggest that earlier is better. It will give you plenty of time to allow motros to coolbefore running aagin and it will give you more time to allow you to do all of your runs.
Students and coaches should enter the doors near the bus loop at the end of the building. When you pull into the front entrance of the CTC, turn into the student parking lot to access those doors. The front office part of the building will not be accessible. We will have tables set up for pits and two fields for skills runs. Please manage your time wisely and get as many runs as you can done before we close for the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, we will follow the direction of the SDPC and will notify coaches as soon as decisions have been made to postpone or cancel.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued immediately by the EP.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will not be issued
