Welcome to the VEX V5 Region 2 Middle School State Championship. Be prepared for a fast-paced day of robotics. Be sure to have a paper copy of your notebook to submit at check in. Be ready for some tough competition.
Please be sure you have reviewed the most recenct Official Game Manual as well as the VEX Q&A.
You may want to bring the following items to help secure your win:
Goggles/Safety Glasses
Spare parts & tools
Batteries and chargers
Programming cable
Power strip
Laptop computer/Chromebook
Please be sure your V5 brains are updated along with the contollers.
There is no guarantee that teams will have internet access so plan accordingly.
There will be 3 competitions fields, 2 skills fields, and 2 practice fields
We will have a full concession stand and plenty of parking.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, events will either be cancelled or rescheduled. Coaches will be emailed in advance.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be made within 90 days
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
