The safety of all participants, volunteers, and guests is our top priority. In the event of severe weather or an emergency situation, the following procedures will be followed:
1. Event Status Notifications
We will monitor weather conditions and safety alerts closely. If any changes to the event schedule are necessary, notifications will be sent via:

Email to the coaches of all registered teams
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: No refunds
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
