Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Our school operates a number of emergancy policies that we would follow in case of fire, earthquake or other emergancy. The gym is also our secure location for many emergancies, meaning it is particularly safe for individuals in case of emergancy.
Weather will have no effect on our ability to run events.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All money will be refunded through Kaspi
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
As long as they withdraw before registration closes (February 14th) they will get a full refund. Refunding after that will be on a case by case basis as Pizza and other considerations will have already been paid out based on the assumption of their attendance.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges..
