Hosted at Hopkinton High School, and will take place in the Hopkinton Robotics Shop.

Agenda

Teams will be able to sign up for a 1 hour time block and each time block will have 4 teams.

Doors Open at 3:00pm

Time Block 1 - 4:00pm-5:00pm

Time Block 2 - 5:00pm-6:00pm

Time Block 3 - 6:00pm-7:00pm

Teams Should arrive around 30 minutes before their time block to allow time for inspection and get robots ready.

This is tentative and blocks can be altered depending on number of teams per organization attending.

In the event of severe weather, coaches will be notified of event status. Updated information will be posted on this event page.

Refund and Payment Policies

If a registered team is no longer able to attend and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected] at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event. You will need to submit proof of payment so our finance person can reimburse you. It is a process, so make sure that you in fact can attend the event.

The REC event fee of $5 which we have to pay as an event partner will be deducted from your refund.
