General Info
This event is for only for teams that are not yet qualified for State Finals.
Please email me if you would like to come to this event. . By Feb 16, 8:00 a.m. teams from the Waitlist will be moved to Registered.
If your team has been moved to the "Registred teams" list, then you must log into your robotevents.com account. Click on "My Account" and under the tab "My Orders" on the left you will find the bill for your team. Please complete the payment process. If you have multiple teams, you must complete a payment for each team individually.
If teams wish to be judged and in the running for Design and Excellence awards, teams upload their engineering notebook to their robotevents link by Wednesday, February 18 at 10 pm.
Event will be held at Gregg Middle School. The main event is in the gym and the pits will be in the cafeteria (building next to gym) Parking will be available at the school but parking is limited - Additional parking locations will be shared closer to event. . Try to carpool if possible there is availability for bus parking.
Concessions will be available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather prevents event then we will move it to the following weekend.
We will only cancel the tournament if the district cancels school.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event and you are unable to attend than a refund minus $10 will be administered to the teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend then a refund will not be administered.
Health and Safety Policies
Our district requires the use of metal detectors at all events.
Be prepared to travel through a metal detector to enter the venue. Small bags and purses only for spectators.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline for the event is Wednesday, February 18 @ 10 pm.
