This will be a Push Back tournament hosted in partnership with PYRS for teams to have a final tournament.
This event is a scrimmage and does not qualify to any other events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified at their registered email address in the event of a schedule disruption, change, or cancellation. Please join our Slack if you have not already we will post there as well.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancelation: Teams can cancel with 2 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 2 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty. Holding spots to the 2-week mark is discouraged and being tracked so please try to inform us of drops as soon as possible so we can give the spot to another team. [email protected]
Under limited circumstances PYRS will review on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Methods: Cheque payable to Pacific Youth Robotics Society or Cash. Please try your best to bring payment on the day off. Do not pay on Robotevents.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
- Teams should submmit a digital copy of their notebook to robotevents. Teams with physical can talk to the head judge to accommodate.
