Welcome to the Keystone Oaks VEX V5 Override State Qualifier!
We are excited to host teams from across the region for a full day of competitive robotics, teamwork, innovation, and STEM learning.
Event Information:
• Doors Open: 7:30 AM
• Team Check-In & Inspections: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Drivers Meeting: 9:15 AM
• Qualification Matches Begin: 9:30 AM
• Alliance Selection & Elimination Matches: Following Qualification Matches
• Awards Ceremony: Approximately 4:00 PM
Skills runs will be available throughout the day during qualification matches.
Concessions and nearby food options will be available. Teams should plan accordingly and help keep pit areas clean throughout the event.
Parking:
Bus parking and team unloading information will be provided prior to the event.
Volunteers:
We are always looking for volunteers to help make the event successful. If coaches, mentors, parents, alumni, or community members are interested in volunteering, please contact the event partner.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
I will refund the entry fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: I will refund if withdrawn before the payment due date minus registration fee. If canceled after the payment due date there will be no refund/
