We are excited to host this event in a tertiary education space on the 20th September!

Getting Here
We recommend utilisting public transport to get to the event with there being limited paid parking at UNSW
- Light Rail - L3 UNSW Anzac Parade (approx. 25 mins from Central Station, DO NOT take L2, Upper Campus is a long walk with lots of stairs to the Roundhouse)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be cancelled in the event of extreme weather / event space closures or conditions that prevent access to the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
No refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Coaches / Mentors must cancel at least 1 week prior to the event if they do not wish to be charged for the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation by noon 13th Spetember via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
