Thank you for choosing our event, 5.1 VEX Battle:  Los Angeles_OVERRIDE on Sunday December 20, 2026.  This is a blended event so it is open to all middle school and high school teams,  which 3 teams from each organization is allowed as long as there is space.  We are located just north of Dodger statium, address is

We will have a skills field and in person judging.  All notebooks must be submitted digitally.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Any type of emergency/bad weather, I will keep all registered teams informed on the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Team will be given a refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Please be aware that once you have signed up and paid registration, there will be no refund given because of the cost that goes into hosting tournaments.

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
