General Info

We will be running a last-chance skills event for TSA Teams to post a score and qualify for state. Teams will get a 30-minute block to complete up to 3 Driver-Controlled and 3 Autonomous runs. Scores will be uploaded after the final school has completed its runs. If your team wins an award, you will be notified and can arrange to pick it up or have it sent to you.

Agenda

We will have 30min time slots for teams to sign up for on Thursday and Friday. Times will be approximately 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday. More details will be sent to you with the sign-up link.

Volunteer

Volunteers will be provided by the host school. If you would like to volunteer or learn while doing, please reach out to Mr. Childs.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the weather or an emergency occurs during the event, the coordinator will provide safety instructions. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, full refunds will be given. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Full refund with 1  full week notice, from then to the day before the event, 1/2 refund, day of, no refund.
