The need for judges is always the greatest need.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Our coaches begin assessing the weather the week before the competition and monitoring it as the event date approaches. Should the event need to be canceled, the decision will be made the night before the competition. We will only cancel if the weather will not allow safe travels for the majority of attending teams. Any county level travel advisory restricting travel or school corporation mandate will cause a cancellation.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

You will be refunded the entire amount.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If greater than 30 days to the competition we will be happy to offer a full refund.

If less than 30 days to the competition, no refund will be made.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
