General Info
We invite your teams to participate in the Placer Robotics Override Tournament for high school teams, held at Cavitt Jr High School in Granite Bay, CA
All events will receive state championship award bids based Qualifying Criteria.
Please make sure to review the refund policies and payment deadlines - any team not paid in full by payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bad weather should not affect this event.
In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible.
Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date, and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment is expected at the time of registration. Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted by the event payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.
If the event is cancelled, a full event registration will be refunded.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com
Notebooks are due Tuesday November 3rd, 9pm. Notebooks submitted after the deadline may not be accepted.
