General Info
This is a Skills Challenge Only event for the 26-27 year. It will be held at the Miramar Regional Park, 16801 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33027. VOLUNTEERS are needed, but should contact [email protected]
All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct. All participants are expected to complete the participant release form AND submit ONLINE by the team coach for this and future events! (NOTE: You MUST know your full team number ex:4330X in order to complete the online form)
The teams coach who is officially listed in events.vex.com as the primary contact receives all team emails, so read the email titles and content carefully, and ensure your IT does not block emails from events.vex.com and from [email protected]

Driver's meeting 9:00
Opening ceremonies 9:20
Skills field opens at 9:30
Lunch break 11:30-12:15
Continue with skills at 12:20pm - 1:45pm

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If conditions require (a hurricane, for instance) the event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded (less the fees incurred by events.vex.com).**
**From events.vex.com: There is $5.00 USD fee, per registration, that will be withheld to cover website maintenance, processing fees, reporting, accounting, and system updates.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Not paying by the payment deadline (November 19, 2026) gives the Event Partner the right to move your team to the waitlist.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds
